Last night on my way home from the gym everything was fine.
This morning I went to start her up, she has been wanting alot of warmup time as of late (15 mins). She ran with 3/4 choke for about 10 minutes then the RPMs started to drop. I tried opening the choke fully but it was too late, the engine stuttered and died.
I tried to start her back up it would turn over and sometime catch and idle at about 500 if I kept it full throttle but would quickly die with a odd sound coming out of the exhaust 20 seconds after dying. Kinda like backfire but a soft one.
I am hoping I just flooded the engine, unfortunately I can't check because I can't find a damn ratchet that will fit my damn spark plug, ANY ADVICE. I have tried 8 different sockets and none fit. The folks at my local auto store where no help as they carry plugs for bikes (not mine NGK D83A) but have no idea which sockets fit.
I am going to try to start her up again when I get home from work. I really hope its flodded as I was trying to put off all the major work, like carb rebuild, until winter when I have all the time in the world to do it.
