  • Help with a 2001 Kawasaki Vulcan 800

    Hi folks,

Working with my son to resurrect a Vulcan 800. Pulled and cleaned the carburetor. Forgot to check how many turns out the pilot adjusting screw was set at. Any thoughts on where I should start - how many turns out is a typical setting for this carb? Any carb?

Thanks in advance. You guys are great.

After a quick read on vulcanforums, 2 1/2 turns out is what they recommend.
