xs750 idleing up

I have a 1977 xs750 triple. I Have had it for about 3 years. since I have had it, it has always idled high when getting warm. I replaced the butterfly shaft seals and it seemed to help a little. Before I replaced the seals, I could spray carb cleaner and it would idle up. Now I can spray everywhere and no change. The carbs have been cleaned by me several times but I just cannot get this thing to idle the same when hot as it does when cold. It also seems not to have as much power as I think it should. I have rode it about 200 miles since I have had it. I bought the xs11 after I put about 50 miles on the 750. I did do valve shims so they are in spec. One of the diaphrams was falling faster than the other when pushing up by hand and letting fall so I looked at all of them and that one did have a pin hole in it and I just put some plasidip on it for temporary. Could a hole in diaphragm cause it to start idleing up when getting warm? Could someone have put jets from one of those kits that are not genuine mikuni? Would that cause it? It acts like its sucking air but the boots are new and tight and cannot find any leaks using carb cleaner. What else besides sucking air could cause one to idle up when warm? Oh and I have set the idle down but that doesn't help either. It will only idle up so far and then stay there but its still too high. I don't remember the exact rpm, probably around 3k. Also, I do have an exhaust leak that needs welded. Thanks guys. Carbs have been bench synched and floats seat. No holes in floats.

Need to sync the carbs.
Once you get them set up the MIC I's aren't so bad.

Still have the points on it?
When I swapped mine for electronic ignition off of a 78 and it made quite a difference running and starting.

Thanks man, I got it running a lot better yesterday with the mixture screws, its not idleing up anymore and seems to have more power. Arent you the one who had the video on you tube of the 750 with polished slides that revved really good.
