  • I have to wait a month...

to be able to give the gifts I got my girls!
For my 10 year old a 1971 Yamaha Mini Enduro 60cc.

The PO sold it because he could not get it past second gear, it has not been started in two years. I was able to maually shift through all the gears (found that they were all down) Opened the tank (found there to be NO rust ) put some fresh gas and two kicks it started right up . Now just need to get new tubs, fresh fluids and a little Cleaning and paint and it will be ready to go.

That will geve me more time to look at the Suzuki TC125 (I think that's what it is) that I got for My 13 year old.

It needs the carbs cleaned and a new/used coil.(plus all the usual repairs to an old bike) Cant wait to see the look on their faces come Christmas morning.

Back shed. They never go out there. I just have to work on them when they are not home.

No, I can't say that I ever herd that one. but if my kids ever behaved like that I would give the bikes to the kids next door and make them watch someone else ride what could have been theirs. then kick myself for raising them like that.

                Relax Ty,
the song was written to amuse drunken Australian adults.
For a more serious critique of the modern commercial Christmas without the 4-letter words, Google Tom Lehrer's Cristmas song.
