I bought one of those for that purpose from Summit. Problem is (for my bike anyway, YMMV) the torque needed to turn those screws for synching is more than that tool will put out.

S&K. $75 expensive, but you always get what you pay for. Comes with all the early / late sockets. And, if you have any classic muscle cars, you can use this to set the dwell, too.
I have one of those cheap(er) angle screwdrivers bought from JCW and I can sync and also adjust the mixture screws on my 79 carbs without removing the seat or tank, takes 5 minutes. It is a HUGE convenience.
