Mike's XS sells side covers but they are for the 650. Can any one tell me if they will fit my XS1100 SP ?

They won't fit. In fact, the different model years of XS1100 don't always swap. I'd say you're on the best site to find them, but they may be hard to come by. No one makes them new anymore. Keep an eye out on ebay and the parts for sale section on this forum, and you'll run across some eventually. One thing to mention is that your model is NOT an "SP". Assuming it is an '81, and a Special, it would be an XS1100SH. SP was never a model designation. Look for '80 or '81 Special side covers.
