  • RD 350 Restoration

Anyone have a good website to assist in restoring a 73 RD350. Or any other sites for parts and what have you. Just cracked open the carbies last night. Looked pretty good. Most of the bike is in great shape just needs the usual clean up and maintenance. Hope someone has a good reference point for me. Thanks in advance.

post some pictures, I don't have any help for you but I'd love to get an old RD for running back and forth to work on. Nothing beats the smell of a two stroke in the morning!

I bought 3 rd350's(2 73's and a 74) a 74 rd250 and an r5 350(not sure on the year). Working on the one that was running right now. Carbs cleaned, had to rob a wire harness off another one and the flasher relay cuz the po decided to jimmy rig a problem. gotta love em. I will put some pics up this weekend of what I have taken so far. I am hoping to have it running again by the weeks end. We will see. Mostly cleaning right now, and doing the usual BS to get her running appropriately. It ran before but would die when I tried to take off in first. Must have been a carb issue or the clutch was waaayyy outa wack. Hopefully i took care of those problems. Hopefully someone has a website they know about like this for the XS11 Was a big help on my SG resto. Runs like a bat outa hell now!
