AirBox or Individual Air filters?

This Suzuki I'm working on has an impossible airbox to work around and I am wondering if I can find short enough filters (under 3") if I need to change any jets. The carbs need to come out again for further work and the box is a real problem! Thoughts please!

You can buy the Emgos EVERYWHERE for $10 each. You will need to adjust the needle position in each carb. Look on ebay.
