  • Look what $125.00 buys you!

I'm back on a bike after 11 years and bought my second ride in 6 days! Picked this up, thought it would be maybe my wifes or sons to have fun with. One owner, hasn't been run in 2 years but always stored. Found at a garage sale this morning. Asking $200 and got it for $125 (yes, I'm bragging, sorry) Got a little more to do on xs1100 so it daily ride ready and then I'll start in on this one. Oh, its a 1980 Suzuki 550 4 banger.

I'm trying to but it says you can't post attachments. Do you need to host the pictures somewhere else and then link them?

                I'll help you out bud...

and to help you actually be able to post the pic next time... either Type [ IMG ]http://whatever the link is to the picture[ /IMG ] but when you actually post it, do not put spaces between the brackets for the IMG and /IMG...Then Your in business... Or you can hit the the little insert image button on the top of your message window when your typing the message and a little window will pop up, paste the link to the picture in it and then click OK...also another way of doing it is scroll over the picture in photobucket and options pop up, go down to the IMG one in and click it...it will copy the code for you and all you have to do is paste it in the message window...DO NOT CLICK on the HTML link because HTML does not work in this forum...Good Luck I think you will have no problems next time...

BEAUTIFUL LITTLE TOY YOU GOT THERE...I LOVE IT!...SUZI IS YOUR FRIEND! very reliable bikes in most cases...i'll give you 150 for it!?

I had one of those, couldn't kill the thing. Gave it to a friend and he couldn't kill it either. Finally a third friend did kill it. Six speed with gear position indicator lights was kinda cool. Good find. I like that black Yamaha in the backround better though.

No Problem at all...glad I could help...and the 6th gear around town is rarely used, however, they are great when you have to get up on the highway around those cages and gators...
