can u make a dirt bike street legal?

hey guys just curious, can you buy kits or anything to convert say a 200cc honda 4 stroke dirtbike into a street legal ride?

would you need to have a battery to run the lights and everything?

Depends on your state or province. Here in Utah it can be done, even with some 2 strokes. I can't speak for Ontario or the Canadian government.
