      Load Rating

I have to think that the load rating on the rear tire has been exceeded by more than just a wee bit! Also, no helmets and a guaranteed serious case of "road rash" when the tire decides to "gives up the ghost".

I guess it is true . . . some people have more money than brains!

          Hi TJ,
most likely the photo is real but Elevener botched the photoshopped addition.
There wouldn't be sparks, there'd be tire smoke and it wouldn't shoot out backwards, it'd wrap around the wheel and mostly shoot out from underneath.
And don't mock the rider's choice of passenger, one should never equate a lady's looks with her capacity for passion.

Bet he has to take off real slow to keep the front wheel on the ground?

Actually that photo without the sparks has made the rounds of the internet. I saw the one with the sparks somewhere and that was the only one I had saved. Not my botch. ( she's not my botch either)

I'll bet if the photo is real (and I have my doubts, I'm thinking even the one without the sparks may be fake), I'm betting the rear suspension is set to it's highest load setting. I'll have to say though, that based on the shadow under the bike that if it's fake as I suspect, someone spent some real time on it. The shadow matches the passenger.

                  Rocket Assist?

Maybe . . . to get all that mass going, he added some sort of rocket assist. Kind of like JADO rockets on C135 aircraft in the military. JOT!

The mention of Jato's makes me think of the mythbusters episode about those on a car. Actually I think it was two episodes, and both were pretty good. Sort of disproved the myth about it though.
