1986/1987 FZX Fazer 700
These are very nice bikes that are getting more and more rare because they were only made for two years. They were only made in 1986 and 1987 and only difference was the chrome on the 86 was black on 87. The bike in picture has engine guards made by yamaha that are almost inpossible to find. Bike in picture looks very nice. They are called by some people the baby VMAX.Comment

is that one of the many bikes of that era that were 750s in places where Harley couldn't buy any politicians?
Nice looking machine except for the chromed fake air intakes.

Friend of mine had one of those back in the day and I got to ride it a few times, the thing handles like a road course racer and has a really snappy throttle response. We used to call it the 'darth vader' bike.

I rode once with a guy who had one and he had absolutely no trouble keeping up witrh me on my G. And I was taking advantage of every open road I found. Nice looking bike up close too.1980G Standard, Restored
