  • Shim Swap - San Francisco area

Anyone in the greater San Francisco bay area want to swap a few shims?

    I have 265, 265, 275, 285, 285.
    I need 270, 270, 280, 290, 295.

I've already swapped the shims around that I can. I need to adjust 6 of 8 so I pulled the cams.

    Ray,
I have a 270, 280, 290, 295. I only have ONE 270, so you will just need to find one more. I will be in Los Gatos Thursday until about 1:00pm.
Give me a call at 831-234-8721 and we can meet up. Just bring whatever 4 you have, plus one. I will try and stop at a local to get the second 270.

Awesome! What time will you be arriving in Los Gatos? I'm working 9-3:30 in Santa Clara, but I could meet earlier, or travel if I have to.

Bowers and Central Expressway. I'll be on the FJR since the XS is camless at the moment.

            OK,
I'll be on the midnight, as the package is small. I'll try and get the second 270 from my local shop BEFORE I ride over the hill. I'll give you a call before I leave Los Gatos, if you give me a number. My number is my mobile, so you can call at any time.
