Yep, agreed Kat. It was a simple joke, It got a laugh from those intended for. The minor angst was "discussed" and concluded in my opinon. Back to the regularly scheduled thread please.

      ?????

How did we go from a discussion about a beautiful hand made frame that could go on an XS engine to Friggin' Donuts?

Wow.. just reading this thread for the first time. Pretty funny. Being a highway worker.. it's a good thing I don't take it personally when I hear about all the "8 guys leaning on one shovel" jabs or variation. It's not how I really am.. so I don't worry about it.

As for this frame... It would be nice to have a stouter frame, but not one that overshadows everything else on the bike. I mean,, that's all you really see in the pic.

That's because all the overloaded trucks are getting away with driving too fast while obviously every single cop in our state is in the donut shop. Me and my boys would sure like to help you out to fix the road problems, but we only have one guy qualified to run the shovel while the rest of us supervise... and it's his turn for break time... state job and all..

If you can't laugh at yourself.. you can be damn sure others are for you.

                or how about...

If you take yourself too seriously... nobody else will.

Want any other quotes while I've been drinkin'?? lol...

Now... what was this about a stinkin' bike frame again??
