    Interesting aftermarket petcock. Very neatly done. It's off an XS650, but should be an easy adaption to the XS1100.

    Neat idea! Fairly cheap too!

    Just a note, Rob Reil from www.motorcyclecarbs.com said he had fully chromed manual ones that replace the originals on either standard or special, but I think they are more in the $70 range, good solution if you don't want to do any work.

      Those plates are a great alternative to the factory issue.
      I used them on a 650 of mine.
      The petcock shown is generic Harley Davidson from the AMF and before era. A simple 3/8 NPT.

      Bob Bertaut is the real deal - one very helpful gent.
