The manual says hook up yamaha adjustment tool to carb and check level.I have never seen this tool and wonder why they cant give an adjustment ,even a rough adjustment for starting out,with the bowls off and upside down.I got new needles and seats and the new needles seem a little taller,so the floats stick up higher.If someone has experience with these please help.Thanks in advance.Rick
