Hi Malber,
the general styling and classic applecheek sidecover says Vespa and although the look is ageless, the seat appears to be from the '60s.
Or it could be a more modern Asiatic built under licence copy or even a knock-off.

That has to be an old Vespa (60's). The exhaust gives it away. AFAIK they dont allow that type of exhaust pipe anymore.[b][size=4][font=times][color=#BD0062]Wayne[/color][/font][/size][/b]
