Have you taken the spark plug caps OFF and checked the coils that way? Is there any signs of corrosion where the caps fit onto the wires....ie. green discoloration of copper wire core?
Ohm check the coils without the caps, and also check the caps themselves, they can also corrode, causing no or very little continuity in them, their resistor core, etc., can usually be taken apart thru the plug end of cap!
Poor spark can definitely affect performance. But we don't know the history of this bike otherwise, ie. has it sat for a long time, years? Carbs are the most common problem area, getting them clean and then tuned! Good Luck!
