  • 82 Nighthawk 650

Just went through the carbs on my friend's Nighthawk 650. It was last registered in 1998. I got it running on all 4 again.

Was just going to say how impressed I am with this little 650. Honda sure put a lot of nice engineering into it. Fun ride, quick, nimble....

The SOHC Honda 650 was a punched out CB550 and built on the same line as the 500 and 550 fours. The tooling was all well paid for and it allowed Honda to but out a mid sized bike for the price of a much smaller machine.
