  • Got to ride a Bandit 1200

And what a ride it was. First time on one of those, but have heard nothing but good. I must say that everything people like about them is true.

Stable, cornered well, had plenty of punch, and a very smooth throttle. Seating position was very comfortable for me at 6'1".

I really wish I could get my XS throttle as smooth, because I know the power is there in the XS, but it's a bear to get anything out of it under 3k.

One thing that sucked about the bike, though, and I've heard the same in reviews, is that the levers are angled downwards and make using them awkward.
