XJ750 help

hey guys first off i want to say hi, im new to this forum. i want to ask some questions

1. how do you drain the oil from a xj750-f 1994
2. i have a hole where the petrol tap got cut out, how do i go about replacing this?
3. any one got a manual or a guide to cleaning the carbs?

Hi. There is a drain plug right below the oil filter cannister. I believe it also has a Phillips head on it, to allow you to remove the plug with a magnetized screwdriver once it has been turned out sufficiently. As far as Yamaha XJ's go, this website is more XJ-1100 oriented, which is the same engine as the older XS1100, and different from the 550-900cc engines.

Nice bike. I had the 900cc version for a couple of years. I now have an XJ Turbo, which I will be selling in a few weeks once I get my new (to me) GS1100E on the road.
