I was about to say the same thing Mr. Stax. Twins are gaining ground all the time here lately. If I could afford a track bike, I'd like to give this one a try. But even my K12S's potential cannot be fully explored on government roads. Unless, of course, you have a death wish for yourself and anyone around you.

The dealer here says that the engines are essentially the same as Suzukis' SV 650 and make over 70 H.P.
Interesting, I could do without the canary yellow, but I do like the overall physical appearance of the bike.
I do like the crotch rockets, almost bought one before my brain took over and told me id kill myself if I owned one, so I bought a 27 year old one instead.
@ 20 years old, my outlook isnt quite as strict as T.C.'s, crotch rockets do serve their purpose, but Trbig has a point that with our sleepers, we are only a few steps (and alot less plastic) behind. So more power to them.
Besides, if there were no crotch rockets, who would we have to race, surely not Harleys, theres no fun in that

I kind of like this one. its not really my cup-o-joe but it looks alright. I might consider it if I was looking for another bike. unless I could come up with the scratch for a ducati
Hi Randy,
a 90° twin has the same perfect primary balance as a flat twin so, in theory, yes it can turn at 12K without wrecking itself.
Other factors may not let it do so but the 90° cylinder angle is a plus, not a detriment.
If you want to see the weirdest perfectly balanced engine layout ever, check out the superposed flat four engine of George Brough's Golden Dream.
