  • Kawaskai 454 LTD

    Hi,

While I was working on my XS11 in front of my little townhome, one of my neighbors dropped by and invited me to look at his Kawi 454 LTD he wants to sell. It's a '94, very nice shape, 6800 miles, and he wants $1000. Does anyone have an opinion they are willing to share with me?

    Thanks,
    Tim

If the bike runs OK and you need a second bike, why not?

I agree with Strom on this one... 8 years old, next to nothing on it for mileage and the price looks to be right too if it is in good shape. I bought a 1984 550Ltd last year and paid $300 for it. After about $700 in parts plus hours of my labour it is a real nice ride.

I owned that bikes predesessor, a 1981 Kawasaki 440 LTD (and also a 650 CSR), as far as I know these bikes were excellent!
