"Sprocket Specialists" should have clips for the 530 chain. What size rear wheel/tire did you use? I would like a chain drive Vmax. The conversion saves 25# on Mr Max. /Cool looking bike, keep up the damage ha ha. How about an FZR600 front end? 39mm forks and better brakes.
    Cheers, 50gary

gar, I had to squeeze on the rivet link with a socket and G-clamp and bashed the hollow-end pins sideways with a screwdriver, that plate aint going nowhere but got to skim the pins with a file or grinder to remove. And buy another rivet link every time you do it. What a rip-off. Either that or buy an outrageously priced motion-pro or suchlike chain-breaker, but you still need to get a new link. E.K. chains have available Clip links, D.I.D. chain don't. -Stick to shaftdrive you guys. Thick forks 40mm or over, and 17 inch front sounds good but I'd only do it if the front end was free .gar, that wheel is 4 1/2 inch takes a radial 160-60-17, or a 170 also.

Thanks mro, 14 bucks, good one. That chaindrive bike is running real well and silky smooth you'd think it was still the shaftdrive. My pics are out coz I changed to broadband but I'll get some better organized pics shows it's simple to swap the back end as long as the swingarm fits.
