grips from Mikesxs - faulty???

Hey all,
bought some grips from mike here a month or so ago for the superbike bars, They are the superbike gel grips. After about 150 miles on the bike, the rubber ends are starting to peel away from the rest of the grip. exposing the ends of the throttle assembly and handlebars.

How is his customer service, if I email him, do I stand a chance at replacements, or am I SOL to an extent?

Most retailers will refund/exchange 30 day or less for defective items.

Haven't gotta clue about on-line purchases or Mikes in particular.
Would think they would not want the bad press for not taking care of faulty merchandise.

(really gust wanted to beat TC & prom posting a quip)

currently "eating" a diesel rebuild job. 1 1/2 weeks from being out of warranty and started to blow oil out the breather
Have little patience with people who will not stand behind there products/work.

I've had excellent service with Mike. I would let him know about the situation and he may be able to get you in touch with the manufacture, or just replace them.

Thats what I figured, everybody said hes a great guy, I was just wondering if anybody has had any return experience with him.

Sent an email off to Mike on april 30th, just recieved an email that he will be sending out replacement grips for me to fix the problem. Great service, great person. I will definately keep doing business with him again.
