  • Moonshine Lunch Run

Not my party, but since I am having some problems with my xs11s, and seem to be doomed to riding the beemer, I thought I would pass on the news in hopes that some xssive shows up.

This is the link to the ST.N thread regarding a lunch run to Moonshine, Il, on april 8th. There is also a dinner on the 7th, and camping overnight.

People are meeting at the organizers house in Casey Il (410 East Main St), any time after 7am, and he will be organizing groups to head to Moonshine from there. I guess it is hard to find.

You only need to contact the organizer if you are going to the dinner, or the camping, but PMing me will work, and I will just pass it on. There are already 300 people signed up for the ride to Moonshine, so I don't think that many more will really matter.

I am going down on the 7th, and plan on camping. The hotel is probably full anyway. If I hear people from here are going, I will think of some way to distinguish myself from the 150 other BMWs there. Maybe wear my Yamaha Jacket.

Come on people, lets go represent!

Casey is about 5 and a half hours south of milwaukee on the Interstate, and Moonshine is supposed to be about 15 miles from there.

I have not really looked at routes yet, since I don't know if anyone else is leaving from Milwaukee on Friday. Most are headed down on Saturday, but really, really early in the morning. I don't really like mornings.
