Ebay coupons

Picked up a couple of Ebay coupons the other day in Las Vegas, but they can only be used by US residents. They're supposed to be good for "minimum $5, maximum $1000", and have some restrictions on only being avilable for Ebay purchases, must be registered by March 26, must be used by April 30, non-transferrable, limit one per person, void where prohibited, etc, etc.
