Long rides, small bikes

I just might have you all beat. How about my first "tour" from Indio CA to Eau Claire WI - 2250 miles on a blue 1964 Yamaha YG1 80. I left when the Watts Riots were going on - Aug 1965. Trip took 8 days, cruised at 42 mph the whole way, got 90 mpg, no helmet and it rained everyday. I have one now that I use in the pits when I run my dragbike and people just shake their head when I tell them the story.
