Andreas: I sent you an email about the petcocks for the special.Are they the same as the petcocks on the XJ. If they are I am interested.

I do not know if the xs special petcocks interchange with the xj model.I will defer that question to those on the forum list that may know.Petcocks I have have good chrome,filters good,body has been cleaned reassembled. Octopus has all original hoses and clips,rubber is hard,should be replaced but left for example of how it should look. Never got your e-mail. andreas

What year are the petcocks that you have? I have a 1981 MNS and the petcocks are the same ones that are on the XJ, even the octy is the same.

The XJ and XS Special petcocks are the same.
