  • Arrrrrugggggg!

I have enough to worry about today. Hafta go to the dentist to have a tooth pulled that I am sure has roots all the way to my throat. I am prepped, two codine pills and I am ready. Dentist does a great job. Tooth sounds like a cracking 2x4 as he finally extracts it. This sucker is a $10 tooth fairy number for sure. Havent seen roots that long since I removed a juniper bush from the yard. I stroll out to my bike thinkin this wasn't so bad, yet. My pride and joy is laying on its side, knocked over by some cager, (had to be the Excursion I saw next to it). Trying to remember all the rules about picking up a downed bike, I finally get it back on its feet. Bent crash bar on the front, no saddle bag damage but a big ding in the fairing trim. I get her back home and check for futher damage. Couple of wacks on the front crash bar and its back in shape (2 piece mount crash bars are not very stout), replace the fairing trim with the left over piece I kept. The scratch/gouge in the lowers will require a little more work. I guess all in all, I got off easy . Now if I just can find find my left nut from picking that heavy sucker up The way I fugure it, it was best the offender did not hunt me down
    When a 10 isn't enough, get a 11. 80g Hardbagger
