Depends...... whatcha gonna vaccum??
They may work for a bit, but I have found them to colla\se pretty easily after a short time. I have never used them on an XS\XJ, but have used them on my YZ for mainly drain lines. They tend to kink wherever they bend.

Mine vacuum advance line was clear, don't know if it was "aquarium" lines. Petcock vacuum lines were thin walled black rubber....aqaurium clear lines...Marty in NW PA
