There you go, it exists, the way of the beast! When I was a taxi driver I found it very interesting that one of the buildings owned by the telephone company in San Francisco was triple 6 Folsom St. Since the building took up the whole block the phone company could have picked any even number in the 600s but they picked 666. Why? Kinda makes you think, don't it?

A few years ago they changed Hwy. 666 to a new number. I doubt it is any safer than it was. It runs thru the Navajo reservation. Lotsa nasty wrecks on that road. I used to have to go out there to the coal/uraninum mines back when they were upa and running. Tried to be in Gallup or Shiprock before the sun went down. Dont know what the new number is.
