      Hey Dragonrider

Aren’t the arrows supposed to point up.
Looks like you got it mounted 90 degree out

Also looks like it could follow two grooves/lines at once

        Standard Bridgestone on the front.

You'd be surprised at how that wing can lean. The new model ones kick butt!

(not on the sidewall though. the tire deformes and keeps more than half the tread on the ground, even at max lean. Bigger contact patch than stock tire)

Scraping the bottom of the barrel....roll/turn!

              Hey Bruce,

I resemble that remark... I plan on raising the bar.....the bar on my center stand that is..... along with my megaphone to get a bit more ground and lean clearance. The sound of the scraping parts interferes with my "tunes"!!

TC needs to keep that bar lowered about 4 inches so that he's only a couple inches above us riding! Besides.... that scraping sound is cool to everyone around you... doesn't cost US a penny! Eventually you will open a hole in the bottom of your megaphone and get more power! lol.

I have heard of this, I just assumed it was nuts! Nice FAQ on the subject by the way... (follow darkside link) For a heavy cruiser like that it may not be nuts at all, I think you changed my mind. Will stick with bike tires on the lighter corner carving bikes though.

                    Back to the thread

Dan...that rocks. I hope enough people start doing this to force MC tire makers to pick their feet up. However I doubt they will.

So many people are utterly superstitious about bike tires and oil and such. I mean they worship their tires and oil like the totem of some primitive religion. I know... I used to be guilty of it.

Oil well (Texan for "oh well")...thanks for the article. If I rode a Wing or a Valk I would be riding on the "Darkside".

So what you're saying.. is you no longer worship these things?? Boy... I will knock on wood, kneel and pray to my oil level glass god, and dance three times around my wooden oil derrick shrine while chanting, to appease the oil and tire gods for your blasphemous words.... oh wait... I remember I used regular oil on my last change too! Disregard... carry on!
