Has anyone dealt with The Motorcycle Zone out of Overland
Park Kansas? I ordered some parts back on the 19th of January
and I haven't heard a thing from them. I've called and sent emails
and no response. Just wondering if anybody has dealt with them.

    Thanks

I'm guess I'm about as close as it gets to TMZ. Alas, I have never used them and can't tell you anything about them. sorry.

I use Cyclops cycle in Shawnee Mission for most of my parts. He has the cheapest tires around, also. But no website or online ordering.

it looks like The Moto Zone has Cust. Service from 10-10 CST (email). Odd that they don't list any hours of operation, etc. Also, the address on the website looks like they might be in an office suite or something.... maybe they had to order it from somewhere else??

Dumb question, but have you tried them by phone during the day?
Sorry I can't be of more help. I could have SWMBO run by there on her lunch hour to do some investigating if you like.

Thanks for the comeback. I've called them 3 times on a 1 800
number during the day and it says they are busy and to leave a message which I have done. But to no avail. I would appreciate
the look see, if it isn't too much trouble. I have only $40 invested there but would like order or my money. Again thanks for the help
      I really appreciate it.

        some info

address is a p.o.box in a UPS store

June2005 Phonebook- not in business white pages

not listed with Better Business Bureau.

If you can't get a hold of them(assuming you are still trying), you should be able to get your bank to return the payment as 'fraud'... you'll probably have to talk to someone at the bank besides a teller, etc. the CFO or finance person should be able to help you out. Tell them your story and they should be able to return it. If that fails, at least you didn't lose a WHOLE bunch.

sorry about the trouble they have caused you.
