Hello EXcessives!! Long time no see!

I am not very forum literate (before my time) so please forgive me if I am posting inappropriately. Feel free to advise on protocol as necessary. Thanks in advance.

I am Terry from Oklahoma and still have my red 81XS, but it has been mothballed for about 3 years now. Went to Colorado a few years ago with you guys and was just wandering who was still around. Also made the Ureka Springs, AR run a couple of times and a short run to Davis and Lawton, OK. Of course I remember the old icons: Ken, JP and Tkat but I have slept since then and need some help remembering some more of the superXS group that helped me save the old SH from the salvage yard several years ago.

Are any of the old (4years or so) trip reports still around?

I haven't been around that long... but welcome back! I have been watching this link from the TexSive link. TexSive Some are talking about coming from Kansas and Texas maybe for meeting... maybe even the Waco Texas area. Any time you want to ride around somewhere in Oklahoma, let me know. I don't know where you're located, but I can usually take off at the drop of a hat. My bike isn't much to look at, but it runs good.. (Finally).

            Thanks

Thanks strom, gerkenbruce, trbig, and Dragonrider

The people are what make the XS so "Special".
(play on words as we all know the Special is the only Real XS) hehe

I am in south central OK. Marlow, America in fact.

email me for a weekend ride if we have some decent weather, we'll go eat a Meers Burger or maybe the Dry Beaver Creek Restaurant.

81SH has been neglected to the point of "non operational status", but I still have an Oldwing up and running.

                Camp 2001 reports!

Hey, Terry, the reason you're having trouble finding any of the old trip reports is because they predate this forum! Navigate over to the old yahoo list and sign in. You may have to rejoin after this long, but the old archives are still there. Use the search tool to look for 'camp 2001' and you'll be able to focus in on the period of interest.

This link will take you to Jerry's Camp 2001 photo index page.

                Remember Jim Scott,

                Bob Garcia

                Jerry Fields

                Craig McDonald and Bob Boccardi

I believe this one is of

                you, Rick, and Jim

                and here's one of
Sid Hansen and three of us Canucks!

Finally, I still get a bang out of this one. Here's SWMBO showing the guys how to change a tire!
