        Hardened barrel or not, I'm suprised that thing was not glowing red after that many rounds.

            I think the log in issue is because of cookies. I find that when I clear my cookie cache (grandaughter calls it the cookie jar), I have to log in again. After that, it's clear sailing until the next cookie jar clean out.
