My company Visa credit card monthly bill showed up today with a single funny little charge.
Personally I think somebody hacked into American Express and Visa and paypal. There are "generex.com" charges on people's credit cards all over the country for very small sums like $4.95. This small charge makes sense only if someone has a million credit card numbers. Finding someone's carbon receipt in the trash of a gas station, or someone getting a Copy of a motel receipt, would likely result in sizeable charges, since the thieves are using only a couple of credit card numbers. It certainly is not worth anyone's time to risk putting a fraudulent $4.95 charge on one or two credit cards.
