      Greetings!
You may or may not remember me... think Fourth of July, then silly blue suzuki marauder trying to keep up with a bunch of xsive individuals, and trying to avoid yakuza @ Howe's Cavern...
Anyway, my wife got me k@n filters for the marauder, and on the 30th Bruce & I will be putting it on the dyno in Lake George. They will be creating a new map for the power commander. Can't wait to see the difference in the bike. Also got a chip for the work truck, bumping it from 325hp/600ft.lbs to 450hp/800ft.lbs. The intent is to save some money on fuel, but we will have to see. Got a couple cd's, movies, some clothes, but most of all, a week home with the woman who spoils me more than ever. Great to leave you a note. Hope your mom is doing well too.

A case of Dr. Dickel. Oh yeah, six of the big ones, and a gift certificate for a set of metric tools. Next year I'm asking for an official Red Ryder air rifle with a compass in the stock and a thing which tells time.

        Happy New Year!

I guess these George Foreman Grills are the hot set up since I also got one. Maybe it will help drop a few lbs and raise my top end . Also under the dryed out tree, Toros finest 250mph blower, dont see how it can go that fast since it didnt come with a wheel kit . The dremel tool set will come in handy. We wont go into the clothing articles, they are not much fun.

SWMBO let me pick out a new Fender Precision Bass Guitar and a Peavey practice Amp. Sis got me a copy of "Escanaba in Da Moonlight" which is something I have been looking for for a long time (if der are any yoopers in da site, dey will know wat I'm talkin about, eh).

We went to my mom and dads for Christmas and I got to spend precious time with Dad before he begins his chemo next week. Outlook for his cancer is pretty good though.

All in all, a good Christmas... Hope you all had one too.

                        Santa rocks

My sweetie got me a new 3 piece craftsman tool box and a workbench. Kept 'em at my brother's house till x-mas day. Everyone is so sneaky! But I love 'em. The ratcheting wrenches I also got will fit nicely in there too.
The biggest highlight was watching my Dad open the hood ornament I got him for his '38 chevy truck. Took me awhile to find but well worth the teary look on his face.
Oh...and one of those 20?'s pocket games. Supposed to know everything except I got a stupid one. Guessed sanitary napkin though...don't ask.

                        Have a safe New Year!

                              Subtle Hints...

SWMBO's folks got me a 50 pcs socket set, a handyman tool set ((with hammer, steel tape, laser level, exacto-knife, and a few other odds and ends in it,)) and a nail apron. Looks like they have something they want me to build ...

Also got a nice circular saw and Craftsman 18v cordless drill.

SWMBO got me several DVD's ((bringing my current collection to right at 500))

All in all it was a good Holiday.

                                yoopers...

Bluejeeplab- just reading the title of Escanaba in da moonlight made me grin. Spent 7 years up in da UP, which I figure is enough to be able to claim yooper.

Technically I'm a 'Trooper' though- started off a TRoll, and ended up a yOOPER. (for those who don't know (and that's prob most), a troll is someone who lives in the lower peninsula, i.e. from under the (Mackinac) bridge).
