• A Triumph V8 Engine!

Check out this V8 sprint car engine based on 4 Triumph cylinder sets.

Wild, huh? It'd sure be nice in a bike or trike.
    Shiny side up,
    650 Mike

XS1100SF "Rusty", runs great, 96k miles
XS650SJ "The Black Bike", engine from XS650H with 750cc big bore kit, 30k miles

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in one pretty and well preserved piece, but to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, worn out and defiantly shouting, "WOW, what a ride !" - Sprung

Absolutely beautiful - but how much oil would it leak?

How about this? It's based on two Yamaha top ends.

There's a V16 based on two of the above engines here

Yamaha also make V8s for Ford and V*lvo

From the time the FZ750 came out, I had the idea to put 2 of them together to make a V8... I'd sure like to have one for myself...

The Ford Taurus SHO V6 engine said Yamaha right on it! Also FZ based heads.
