New members can't join?

I let someone on FB m ow about this and he tried to join but could not get in

Here is what he said:

"Just tried to join again under Billsahlberg@gmail.com and it says it already has a member with that and 6 attempts to send the 6 letter/# to resend password with no luck..."

I send many people here from FB suggesting its a good resource for the XS11 owner. Would be better if new people could join, so not sure what's going on

Also, he is contemplating to fabricate some chrome bars - rear seat, standing handle...would be great if he could post on here. I know I want one of those standing handles.

Are there any admin around who can help?

I'm not an admin, but it seems like he successfully created his screen name, but is having trouble getting a temporary password sent to his email?

I am also talking to a fellow that is having the same type of issue. So this is not an isolated incident.

The guy I am trying to help send admin an email 5 days ago, and three days ago

He would be a good member, with lots of experience, he's losing interest
