    Beware at Bike Bandit

Motorcyclists around the country are confused and frustrated by BikeBandit, a well-known online seller of motorcycle parts and gear. Starting in late 2021, customers have been complaining that orders are never delivered, and refund requests are never answered. BikeBandit’s online customer service chat is broken. Its phone number is dead.

Had an issue around the same time Feb of this year. Went to my bank and even with the paperwork, still did not want to refund me. Finally got my money back but knew they were in trouble.

They were good ..until they weren't. i hadnt done any business with them for a couple of yrs.....back then they were very good when i ordered tires for my Bandit...but sticking it to customers to the tune of $646,000 and having no intention of fufilling orders or giving customers their money back...they all should be in jail..rat bastards...

Before Covid hit I had huge trouble with a helmet I ordered. I should have known then that something was up. My son put me onto BB and he said he had no problems. Too bad. Another one bites the dust.

I used to buy all my tires at Bike Bandit. The service was great (even though the tires were shipped from other at outside vendors), and the prices were competitive.

Last fall I found that all the tires were "out of stock", so I went elsewhere.

All the good places I ordered from changed -Star Cycle-I spoke and was very friendly with Yoshi.-then they changed last time I looked them up. Bike Bandit last time I spoke to an actual person I told them what they were doing constitutes fraud. They used to be great to order from-not now.
