Need titled xs11 special frame

I am looking for a XS1100 special frame or rolling chassis near Ohio. I need a frame with Title.

Do you now have a frame? If it's NOT a stolen bike, just no title there are ways of getting a title for it. Do a search on this site, If I remember correctly Vermont is one of the states. Cost would be about $200, probably less than a frame with a title.

I have a frame, but the previous owner hacked it.

See if you have a bike wrecking yard near by. They may have a frame with a few parts still on it that would be usable. As these bikes are old, it doesn't take much for insurance companies to call them "done", and usually the frames are still good.
