i am looking for a good mechanic that is good with these xs1100 i have heard they are a pain to get running good when messing with the carbs and i dont want to mess with the carbs

i am asking because i am getting ready to put a full mac exhaust on my bike and new coils and a clutch an i am thinking the carbs will have to be rejeted and i have ne idea how to do the carbs

i am just tring to get a 12.50 or faster out of her and i am sure she has it in her after i do all this stuff but i will have to get it running in tip top shop to get it to turn that kind of time
