I would just like to say this place is great. everybody is so helpfull to keep this great bike on the road. when i was in high school i owend 2 xs 80s and 81s loved them. at the time i could not work on then and to much money to have them worked on sold them $500. each big mistake

Regretting the sale...

You know, it really makes me wonder.

I've heard and read about people who owned an XS11 "back in the day" and the next words out of their mouth are almost always "never should have gotten rid of it." Kinda makes me wonder if anyone I've spoken to could possibly be one of my bikes PO's. I know the guy I bought it from picked it up used, but I never actually asked him where or when he got it.

Just something to think about.
