you have to change your cables with ape hangers?

is this true of a xs11? where would i find extended cables in case i do decide to go that route.

Depending on how long your ape bars are, and if you're putting them on a Standard, vs. the Special...which has longer cables anyways. RicePaddy.com IIRC is where I've seen extended cables advertised on Ebay for Clutch and Throttle, but you might get away with re-routing them behind the tripple tree area instead of THRU them!?
