      Hey Randy,

      I went into your profile, and then Moderator User menu, and under status, it said USER AWAITING EMAIL CONFIRMATION or such, I selected REGISTERED and tried to reset it!?

      Try finding your cookie for XS11.com, and deleting it. Then try logging back in using "RANDY" user name to see if it will allow it!?

      Hopefully, Gary Granger will see this and check it out, he has more experience with managing users accounts and such!?
