i bought bike from arizona,been sit in garage for one year due to work lots of hrs no time..so now i wil have time soon. i just took bike to shop at merriam cycle for tune up ,new tires,brakes ..it started good.. so soon will start to ride,,i want to ask u all where can i buy stock air filter for my bike..i have been search and found nothing. i hope u can give me link so i can buy one for my bike..thank you

Your best bet for the air filter is from a Yamaha dealer. I too did some searching and could not find anything that would work in the airbox. The filter from the Yammy dealer is pricey but not alot of other choices.

You can buy a foam filter from Uni. I have one. The P/N is NU 2244. They're around $20 and they are washable and reusable. Make sure you buy the oil, and cleaner that goes with them. Most any bike shop can get them, or go to their website. http://www.unifilter.com/street.htm
