Well, It's taken some time, but I finally quit fussing and decided to take a few pictures today. I started right after Christmas on "The Breeze" resto. Here is what I did to her.
1. Complete disassembly.
2. Paint - 2000 Chrysler Electric Blue with 1999 Honda champagne metal trim.
3. New Fork seals
3. Extensive electrical work (Thanks Ratbyk!)
4. Randys' Stainless braided brake lines (Thanks Randy!)
5. Seat pan rebuilt
6. Seat recovered in seamless material
7. 2" of foam shaved from seat (I'm 5'7")
8. Harley fat boy mufflers fabbed on in place of rusted, pitted, factory backfire producers. - replaced all exhaust gaskets
9. A good polishing (work in progress
)
10. Rebuilt both master cylinders
I realize that the emblems on the sidecovers are wrong...anyone care to sell me a pair of "special" emblems?
I thinks she's pretty flashy...what Harley wouldn't like to be smoked by such a fine looking machine, especially with company pipes installed?
and now with out further ado...I give you "The Breeze"
