    Seals for 1982 Yamaha hardbags

    Hi all:
I bought a pair of used hardbags that had been hinged. I filled the holes in the fiberglass but they had punched holes in the seals that connect the top to the bottom. Does anyone have any ideas where I might get some in good condition since I don't expect they still make them. Thanks Shane

When we painted SWMBO's 'H a couple of years back, the body shop was able to order in some edging that matched the original stuff.

I've ordered online from Austin Hardware before a few times and had no problems. A lot of their edging and weather strip stuff is available by the foot rather than a 50 foot roll and they have dimensions on their website.

Austin Hardware & Supply, Inc. is a wholesale stocking distributor of specialty industrial and vehicular hardwaree.

              Luck,

              Rob
