    visit the west cost

    Hi Folks,
    I'm leaving from the Netherlands on April 14 for a two week holliday to LA and the west cost. I'm planning app. 4 day's in LA area and then going up north to San Francisco, maybe Seattle and back through Vegas (Salt Lake City) to LA on May 2. It'l be nice If i can met some of you guy's during my travel to do some petroltalk and have a few beers. Pitty enough I can't bring my bike, so you have to expect just another dumbo with 4 wheels IF someone of you like to meet me just send me a PM with details how to reach you as I have no email access during the hollidays.

    WHATEVER!!! Dont bother posting to this spam/con. Only a fool would give out personal info to someone they dont know in person, especially someone who just signed in to this site.

    First bike was an: 1978 XS1100
    Second bike is an FJR1300.
    Now I'm restoring a '79 XS1100.

      Wow some oldtimer is posting. But don't worry I'm gonna stay at the westcost. So no need to fear the suspiciuis Dutchman
      But if you're nosy just might have a look to my website and maybe you wan't to sign up to the european XS Forum and find out who's keeping the guy's together in good old Europe

          Hi Geezer tnx for your reply. Finding my website is quite easy just hit the WWW button at topline of my posting otherwise you might try www.xs1100.nl;) sorry but only german language is working .

          I'm not quite shure if I have enough time to go up to Seattle. But if so, I will let you know when I'm close

            I didn't think look at your stats to see your contact info...

            It's been a long time since college and my 3 years of German language studies but I can gather the gist of what's on your site.

              Bobo's US visit

              I can vouch for the 'WACKO' Dutchman.

              I've known Bobo for many years, and have always been welcomed into his home when I've visited mainland Europe.

              This is a guy that did a 200 mile round trip to make sure three 'foreigners' made their ferry home on time.

              Bobo, I've been over to LA on holiday and found the Californians to be very hospitable people, if a little crazy. You'll fit in fine!!

              RUSH, I can understand your feeling of suspicion, but find your manner very aggressive towards newbies.
              If you can't afford it....finance it!!

                  my bad . Its just that Ive seen alot of cons that start out like the first post, and when I went to his web site the word "kinderporn"? comes up. But if you vouche for Bobo then thats good enough for me.

                    appologies accepted, no harm done. Thats the bad thing about foreign languages if you don't understand them, a misunderstanding is not far away. The "Kinderporn" link you refer to, is a german website "AGAINST KINDERPORN". Just a small diff.
                    If i make it it up to Seattle I'll give you a call.
